Lovely stay

Pros: The apartment is simply beautiful , very cozy. It was clean, the decor was simple and sophisticated.All of us loved our stay. The location is good too. Everything is in walking distance.

Cons: One tiny miny thing, in one of the rooms, in the ceiling, there was glass facing the bed, Direct sunlight might hit you, the cover was somehow difficult to pull and the glass was left uncovered.

Excellent location, great assistance from staff and amazing value. Would return!

Pros: Staff were incredibly helpful and communicative, location fantastic and facilities were superbly clean. Great value.

Cons: We think the air conditioners may need a clean, as we all got a bit sick from the dust we think to be internal.

Nice apartment

Pros: Location very good. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor which was fine for us to walk up. Very secure with keypad entrance from the street and really nice and spacious kitchen/living area. The Mayer office is just around the corner so you can leave your bags there if you have a later flight.

Cons: The AC unit was only in the bedroom so it was very hot in the living area coming back to the room at the end of the day. I was advised when we checked in that there was an issue with my CVC number on my credit card through Booking and that I would need to pay at the office (which also incurred a 2% fee). I found this odd as there has never been an issue with payment details when I've used Booking in the past - it could well be a genuine error on my part but something to keep in mind should it happen to people who also book here in the future. I asked the office if they could book a taxi for the next day to take us to the airport and we were quoted that it would cost between 1100-1400 TRY (38-48EUR) at a pre-arranged price. We thought that was a bit steep as it had only cost us 740 TRY (26EUR) to taxi from the Airport into the city using a meter. We ended up Ubering which cost 985 TRY (34EUR) A washing machine would be a great addition to the apartment - despite the photo advertising a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen it is actually a dishwasher and bar fridge

A fantastic stay in the Galata area that really muches the whole vibe in style and comfort.

Pros: Great location ans very prompt communication with hosts. Appartment looked so styilish and a chilled refuge from the heat of Istanbul in the summer!

Pros: Every thing was perfect and clean, best thing it’s in the flat floor and near to galata tower . Best location ever and i will come back for sure

Pros: Posizione ottima in uno dei quartieri più carini di Istanbul. Appartamento molto carino.

Cons: L'edificio non ha l'ascensore

Pros: Отдыхали с 23 по 27 декабря. Расположение в 7 минутах от Галатской башни и пешеходных улочек вокруг нее. Так же кругом полно траспорта: метро Шишане, трамвай, фуникулер. При этом сама улочка Татарбей очень тихая и спокойная. Сами аппарты комфортные, для 2-3 человек ну прямо самое то. Персонала мы почти не видели. Но когда возникали вопросы или проблемы тут же кто то приходил и их решал Особое внимание - крыша здания, сюда стоит подняться, особенно вечером-ночью, там красиво

Cons: Немного смутило отсутствие окон хоть на какую то улицу или во двор. Окна были только на внутреннюю террасу (аппарты #1). Но с другой стороны мы были изолированы от шума

Люкс - апартаменты. Хорошее расположение, доброжелательные сотрудники

Pros: Очень хорошее расположение, на соседней улице от Галатской башни. Улица не туристическая, шума вообще нет, хоть и данная квартира расположена на первом этаже Квартира хорошая. Сотрудники фирмы очень доброжелательные, во всем помогали, офис расположен невдалеке. Заселение подразумевалось бесконтактным, но так как в первый день у нас мобильного интернета не было, возникли трудности с кодом от входной двери; сотрудница фирмы через пару минут пришла, все объяснила, показала.

Cons: Не было на кухне микроволновки, в туалете от прежних постояльцев пахло сигаретами. Душевая стойка в ванной требует замены. Но это все поправимо)

Pros: Очень хорошие апартаменты, удобно расположены, рядом 2 кафе с вкусными завтраками, тихая улица, удобная кровать

Pros: Die Lage war top. Nur zweimal um die Ecke laufen und man war mittendrin im Trubel. Das Büro mit Ansprechpartnern war gleich um die Ecke und half bei Fragen. Ich würde sofort wieder hin.
