Pros: The room was decorated so nicely. It was in a great location. But what made it so great was the staff. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but he was there morning, noon and night. He helped us with directions, recommendations, taxis, baggage, etc. We left to go to another town for a couple days and then we were returning to Istanbul. We liked the hotel so much we cancelled our hotel for our return and rebooked with this one

The perfect stay for a beautiful city
Pros: The pictures dont do this place justice. The hosts are truly amazing, kind and genuine. The room was perfect in every possibly way, comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Perfectly decorated, plenty of hangers and sitting space.
Cons: I couldnt stay here longer.

Pros: The hotel owner is very friendly and pleasant, polite and always ready to help. I had a room with a view of the courtyard, it was quiet all night, only waking up at 6 am from the azan and the seagulls. You can see a bit of the Bosphorus, the tower on Çamlıca from the window. The radiator was not working, but the air conditioning and a warm blanket were more than enough. There are many restaurants in Karaköy, the tram stop and the port are also close.
Cons: The shower was leaking a little, which was causing the water pressure to be low. The door lock was sticking when closing. A few minor repairs were needed, and everything would be perfect.

Pros: The room was quite spacious and had everything I needed — a kettle, fridge, some dishes, and even a small table, which helped me save on breakfasts outside. I really appreciated that everything inside, including the bed linen, was clean — that’s one of the most important things for me. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location is great, easy to reach the historical center and many other places.
Cons: The only downside was the Wi-Fi — the internet connection was rather weak. It was fine for me since I came to explore the city, but it might be difficult for those who plan to work online.

Pros: The hotel is on a side street which is very quiet. The location is very good with restaurants, cafes and shops all at the bottom of street, a minutes walk away. The metro station is very close too.

Pros: Good location to get around Istanbu on foot or by traml. Comfortable bed and a beautiful room with gorgeous exposed bricks.
Cons: It was fine for me, but it is on a very steep hill, so need to be able bodied
