Pros: Friendly staff,very accommodating,polite to guests. The hotel is strategic,not in crowded places,no loudness even at weekend. Small store, supermarket, pharmacy & restaurant is just next door to the hotel.. Overall i satisfied with my stay.

Cons: Small bathroom area, small elevator only can fits 2 adult per ride.

Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk from Galata Tower. The view from our room’s terrace was absolutely amazing, during night time you could have seen the tower how is lighted❤️ I also loved the toiletries—the brand they use is fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Very good price - performance and perfect location.

Pros: Location is very good. There are plenty food options in surroundings, close to public transport (that takes you almost everywhere in the city), supermarket. Staff is very welcoming and they listen to every concern. I like the size of the room (so you have space) and evenings on balcony were relaxing.

Pleasant stay in Galata.

Pros: Great little self-contained apartment in the heart of the Galata area. Lovely balcony and friendly staff. Many eateries within walking distance ( keep in mind area has steep incline & cobbled streets) Handy to public transport.

Cons: Nb: The building is old, adding to charm. However, this means a narrow curved staircase or old small lift if staying on higher floors. Some street noise and other guests could be heard at times but generally not an issue.

Great place to base yourself

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and pretty quiet with the windows shut. Had a balcony which was wonderful for a morning cup of tea... the location is simply perfect, close to Galata tower but yet far enough to not be disturbed by the croud and noise...close to the tram station too.

Cons: The toilet flush did not work too well.
