Overall a good experience

Pros: location is excellent staff was friendly. easy access to the hotel

Cons: There were Internet issues first couple of days but that was resolved later on.

Good for price, but a few things missing

Pros: For this price range, the apartment was very good and staff was helpful. The location was also good.

Cons: We looked forward for a small kitchen but our apartment didn't have one. There also was no soundproofing as an uncloseable air vent let me hear all the sounds of the city trough The nights.

Cons: there was no kitchen in my room There was no hot water for 2 days no washing machine

Pros: Very good location, staff were friendly and bed and room was comfortable. Great value for money.

Pros: I was very pleased. It is a wonderful hotel in the center of Istanbul, close to Galata port and very close to everywhere. I was blown away by the cleanliness and smiling face of the staff. I would definitely recommend it.
