Pros: Very nice and clean hotel with all the equipment to make the stay enjoyable. Ideally located a few minutes walk from Galata tower but in a quieter street.

Cons: It doesn’t have lift for the main door. And for a stroller this is bad

Pros: The hotel was brand new and had a beautiful, modern design. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We came here for our honeymoon and truly had an amazing and unforgettable stay. The location is perfect — you can easily walk to historic attractions, shopping areas, and entertainment spots, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the free daily housekeeping service, which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect: close to a tram station, waterfront, restaurants and touristic places.

Cons: Needs some renovation in separate rooms.

Pros: We were having a wedding in Istanbul, and we were a large family of five. The apartment had a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and everything in the kitchen. They provided free daily cleaning service, changing sheets, linens, and towels every day. Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back.

Great location for a few days with kids

Pros: Great location and spacious rooms and they had a lift which is a life saver with luggage and kids!

Cons: Small things in the room: Water taos were loose and leaking and minor things that should be fixed and repaired. Nothing big though

Pros: I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to Galataport, Tophane tram station, Galata Tower, Şişhane metro station by walking. The rooms were clean and spacious.
