Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive. I stayed in a quiet and warm room at the back of the hotel. The Bursa tour, organized by the hotel staff at a discounted price, went smoothly and was very enjoyable. They completed the service with a farewell and a punctual airport return taxi transfer. I will stay here again.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were a good size, and the water pressure in the shower was good. I was very pleased with the historical Istanbul and sunset tour organized by the hotel staff at a reasonable price. I will stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The VIP airport pick-up and Turkish hammam/spa service organized by the hotel were excellent. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square. The rooms were warm.

Pros: Well designed room, feels very comfortable and pleasant. Helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful high ceilings and well.maintained charming building.

Cons: Everything was great! The street is a bit busy but windows are pretty good.

Pros: Although the hotel is centrally located, it was quiet without any nightclubs or noise. It's a family hotel, and not accepting outside guests is a good rule. The staff takes great care of the guests, you feel at your home. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the VIP pick up service from Sabiha Gökçen Airport at a reasonable price worked smoothly, and the staff established good communication.

I have visited Istanbul before - always a great place to spend a few days

Pros: Conveniently placed for visiting Istanbul - easy access to anywhere it the city either by walking or public transport. Large spacious room with street view. Quiet. 5 mins easy walk to airport buses

A hidden gem we’re so glad we discovered!

Pros: We booked just one night, but this place completely won us over — we ended up staying for a whole week! Our ground-floor room opened to a charming courtyard, perfect for sipping coffee in the quiet morning air. The staff were warm and attentive, with a special mention to Aris, who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. His recommendation for the Bosphorus sunset cruise on our first day became the highlight of our trip.

Cons: Our ground-floor room was conveniently located next to the reception and lobby, which made access easy. However, at times we could hear voices late at night — likely from guests checking in. It wasn’t a major issue, as we were too tired from exploring the city during the day.

Pros: Walking distance to Taksim square and major bus station that links you to lots of areas Everything you need close by (a shop downstairs and restaurants nearby) The reception is manned 24hrs Room is cleaned daily which was such a luxury, new towels each day and refresh on tea, coffee and small tub of water. Perfect for a short stay and if you wanted to a place well connected to get to major tourist areas within Istanbul. I was a solo female traveller and it was a great room, place, and location. Aircon was number 1 lol Looked exactly like the photos.

Cons: Shower door was hard to close and kept opening lol and the shower could've done with a deeper clean, but saying that I am quite fussy on bathrooms! But overall the place was clean, comfy, spacious and everything you needed for a short stay / home base.

Great stay, would definitely come back!

Pros: The location couldn’t be better — right in the center, with metro and buses super close. Staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The airport shuttle worked perfectly. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Big thanks to the team for being so helpful and welcoming!

Wonderful vacation in Istanbul near Taksim

Pros: We liked the rooms we stayed in because they were comfortable and had everything we needed to stay at the hotel. The location is quite convenient for tourists, because it was possible to get to the most popular attractions in a relatively short time. The staff is helpful and very kind, I always got an answer to any of my questions. I would like to express my special gratitude to every employee of the hotel!

Cons: Since we were in a relatively cold period of time, the rooms were a little chilly. However, this problem was solved by the heating mode in the room air conditioner.
