A very good 5 day stay!

Pros: The staff were excellent in all areas. We spent 5 nights at the hotel, the daily breakfast was fine and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The reception staff and concierge crew were very effective whilst also being helpful and attentive. Housekeeping staff had our room looking great each day. The hotel is in a great location for tourists.

Amazing, would love to return!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful especially their their bellboy Kumran was a gem! Always ready to help us - he’d appear like magic while we’d be fumbling for our room cards (which happened more than I care to remember), ready to give a hand with the shopping bags, available to give directions, call a taxi - I could go on and on! Zubaida the cleaning lady was also great - tidied up our rooms immaculately! Location, service, price, amenities, hygiene everything was super! Over all great experience!

Pros: Exceptional breakfast and extremely polite staff. And a very clean hotel. That's all I needed for a 10/10 rating.

It was very clean , especially I liked second floors cleaning service , I would separate always smiling Aynor , who is the professional of her job and always tried to do her best. There was a wide selection of delicious dishes at breakfast. Next stay will be definitely at The Parma Hotel and Spa Taksim
