Pros: The manager reception named basil, is someone you would like to speak to and communicate with, he is very kind and welcoming, anything you ask for he will do all he’s best to help you. Great hotel, perfect location and excellent environment.

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was great—just minutes away from the famous Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, yet thankfully without the noise that can disturb your sleep if you stay right there. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Ghassan and Basil, who were both very friendly, attentive to our requests, and who did everything they could to accommodate our very early arrival and treated us wonderfully throughout our stay.
