I would still gladly recommend the hotel for its outstanding hospitality.

Pros: I recently stayed at Gonen Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The reception staff — Emin, Muhammed, Soydan, and Eylul — were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made the stay comfortable and welcoming with their positive attitude and excellent service.

Cons: The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

Sefa made amazing our stay

Pros: I can say price performance hotel.On the day I came to the hotel, there was a reception Sefa. A really very tolerant perfect person gave me and my friend water as a gift without going to my room. Upon my offer and insistence, Sefa gave us free breakfast. I am grateful to him for making my stay perfect. I really like Sefa's service to us

Cons: They need to give a little more importance to guest relations at other receptions. Because we are coming to a country we don't know and we are looking for people to get information and be friends with.
