Overall, we appreciated the good service and hospitality, but we hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Pros: Our stay was generally pleasant. The reception team was very welcoming, always smiling, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room cleaning service was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel’s location near the center of Taksim was very convenient for us.

Cons: There were a few issues. The windows did not have good sealing, so we couldn’t sleep well due to the loud noise coming from the nearby restaurant singer who performs late every night. Although the hotel had mentioned beforehand that there might be a little noise, it was much more than we expected. Additionally, the room was smaller than anticipated. Overall, we appreciated the good service and hospitality, but we hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. Its very near to Taksim Square. Staff is extremely helpful. I had a problem with Turkish Airlines and Mr Burak went out of his way to render assistance. Had a pleasant stay.

Pros: In a central location, 5-10min walk from Havaist airport bus stop. Around the corner from Taksim square & an easy walk to the main streets.

Cons: The air con wasn’t strong enough & had short cycling which made the room warm throughout the night.

Excellent location and spotless rooms, I would gladly come back.

Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few steps from Taksim Square and equally close to İstiklal Street. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and everything is spotlessly clean.

We had a great time!

Pros: The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Salih and Erdogan as well as the rest of the team made us feel like we were at home. It truly made a huge difference to our stay. Also, the beds were insanely comfortable!
