Pros: The reception staff were very kind and helpful. They were very helpful in resolving a problem I had with my luggage at the airport, especially Ibrahim, Pinar, and Iman.

Cons: The room was small, but everything was good, and the rooms were tidy and clean.

I highly recommend the hotel !

Pros: The hotel was exactly round the corner of Taskim Square! Clean room , good breakfast but the position of hotel was great ! The staff were very polite and helpful, specially IMANE ( she helped us with everything we needed) .

They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
