A perfect hotel with perfect staff.

Pros: Thank you for the wonderful days at your hotel. Very nice and cozy room with all amenities. Perfect breakfast and free snacks for guests downstairs at the reception. I really appreciate the staff, who are very friendly and willing to help. Overall, a very nice atmosphere. It is close to the subway, so all the sights in Istanbul are accessible.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff, central location

Pros: It was a comfortable stay, clean rooms, very generous and helpful staff, Saturday piano session downstairs was very interesting, good breakfast. I was a solo traveler so the room was ok in size. It's very close to all public transports so it's a big plus.

Cons: The location is in the center, which is in a way very good for connecting but it could get a bit loud on the weekends at night because of the traffic.

Good stay in a well connected area

Pros: This is in a great location very close to Istiklal Street and the Taksim tunnel which will connect you to every important part of the city. We felt extremely safe at all hours of the evening as to solo women travelers. We dealt with three different members of staff that were all extremely pleasant and accommodating during our four night stay. Yes the bathroom is small but hopefully you're not spending too much time in there anyway. There are plenty of things to do nearby such as the hookah bar, several shops, places to eat but I would definitely venture to the other side of the square for more variety in terms of food. It is just a 5 minute walk away from the shuttle stop coming from SG airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very good location, 4 min walk from Taksim station. Very friendly stuff. The room is good and has a very comfortable bed. The view from the cafe during breakfast is ❤️ breakfast itself is ok.

Pros: Mostly king size bed has 1 mattress but in my room of this hotel king size bed had 2 small mattress so it was not comfortable

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Great location. And the best was all great staffs I know only two of them Mr. Arkan and Mr.Doan .

Cons: Better improving the room cleaning and supervising the room cleanliness. It was not excellent but acceptable.
