Pros: Very nice and helpful staff! They were always ready to help with anything that I asked. The location was perfect. Right on the square and next to the metro station. The hotel was clean and housekeeping came every day. The breakfast was great too.
Cons: The room was very small. I was alone in a double bed room but I could barely fit with a big suitcase and one cabin luggage. If there was a second person, we would have had a problem.

Nice stay
Pros: The breakfast is good in general, but need more variations. The location of the Hotel is superb. Reception staff are very helpful. Daily cleaning is good. Lot of different restaurants are close to the Hotel. Only few minutes walking to reach Estclal street.
Cons: The very high step to enter the Hotel 🏩, they have to mange and to reduce this height.

Cons: The WiFi service during the last 2days of my stay was very weak,, the signal comes on/off Also the guests in the room next to were making some noise at night, talking loudly and that made it difficult for me to sleep

I like it
Pros: The location, and actually everything! It’s a simple, perfect, and very clean hotel. I was really satisfied with my stay.
Cons: There was only one high step at the main entrance from the street, which made it a bit tricky to go out safely — I almost tripped once. Also, I noticed that the hotel is not really accessible for people with special needs, such as wheelchair users.

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The welcome was warm and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was well-organized with no disturbances. The location is perfect very close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Avenue, and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The service was excellent, and i truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended!

Perfect location
Pros: Perfect location. unobtrusive, polite stuff. View from window -amazing. Room was small, but very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very simple, not many options, but for me it was ok, and the view from breakfast terrace was so nice.
Cons: Very noisy from outside at nights. I stayed just for 2 nights and I kinda dealed with that.
