Pros: My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional conduct of the staff made me feel right at home specially Mr Mansur at the reception . The rooms were spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future trips

Pros: The Hotel, Location and so close to the Taksim Mosque in Taksim Square. The staff are extremely friendly and very supportive. Really appreciate Mr. Certin and his colleagues with friendly approach. The last minute touch was so nice and kind as the hotel management left a square jar filled up with ice cream and chocolate cake. We all appreciate every effort you put to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyday breakfast was really nice with lots of choices to select from buffet menu breakfast. We will come again in the near future. Thank you for leaving a nice note with cake and ice cream.

Pros: It is rich breakfast for a week but because I stayed longer it would be better if they serve another style of breakfast but i liked simit and olives,and the Turkish coffee they serve
