Great staff and Hotel

Pros: The staff were very helpful when needed and give great tips for traveling around the city and excursions to take. The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. Would definitely come back here and it’s so close to Taksim istiklal street and all the places also special thanks to Turgut.

Cons: There is no elevator, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.

Pros: friendly and helpful staff, even taking my luggage up, as it mentioned no lift, thank you so much, the room is clean and ver spacious, all facilities needed for travelling is available, even the cleaner is so nice. recommend to book again , the place near all the public transport and all popular street to eat, and for night walk my room is 5th floor, very spacious clean, has balcony for you to have your time before going out or rest oustside for the night breeze, I really like my room the hotel only few step to taksim square, means it at the centre!

Pros: First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to Taksim Square, from which public transport runs in any direction, including buses from both Gokcen and Istanbul airports. The room is quite big and clean. The only inconvenience was that we didn't have a closet. the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Thank them for that. The street where the hotel is located is full of very good cafes with live music until the morning, so we didn't have to look far for entertainment.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful, the hotel is next to taksim square, partial view to the mosque from the deluxe room , . Rooms are clean and daily cleaned.

Pros: Friendly guys on reception. We came in 8 a.m, asked an early check-in but room was busy . 1 room downstairs was available and stuff let my children to rest in it. Thanks them!

Pros: Best stuff ever! Extremely supportive: answered all questions, gave recommendations about food, sweets, nightlife, places to visit and don't even think to visit🙃 etc. even helped with football tickets😍 sadly they don't good with english yet, but difficult questions solved using g translate Location is great to start walking in all directions, close to metro and main touristic street. Room looks nice from inside and have everything I've needed. Night view from balcony to the Taksim Mosque is relaxing😌

Cons: Location is close to main nightlife area and it's loud during weekend nights. U either use earplugs or join all night party 😉
