Enjoyed six night stay in comfortable and interesting hotel.

Pros: Top floor room with balcony. Spacious, comfortable bed, lots of storage space. Amazing building with central open space for full height of 5 floors. Business hotel, few tourists. Housemaid service was excellent.

Cons: Not close to historic district and Bosphorus. Ten minute walk to Cakmak station and about 30 minutes on metro. Staff at hotel were efficient but made no effort to engage with us.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Istanbul city

Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything was excellent and the food was amazing. Room service was excellent and the staff were lovely!

Pros: This is really a hotel that looks like a hotel. Because, lately there are so many accommodation facilities, but not all of them correspond to the name \

Cons: Apparently the crisis affects the price of food and perhaps the breakfast table was quite poor. Moreover, it turned out that if you pay for breakfast on the spot, it costs much more than the price indicated on the website. Regardless of whether this is a flaw in the website or an initiative of the staff - it was very unpleasant.

I was able to relax the whole time during my stay here! Exceptional

Pros: Location and staff were exceptional! They were able to take in an order of flowers I had sent to the hotel for me to pick up later, and they were able to communicate with me very well (my Turkish is very very limited)

Pros: Our room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and always very quick on the couple of occasions that we requested extra items. The breakfast was good also.

Pros: A very nice and very clean hotel. We slept very well, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. At every two days,, they changed the sheets and ttowels.

Cons: The pool is not in the hotel, it is nearby. There are no glasses in the room.

Pros: Property was well located, room was perfect (large, top floor, huge balcony, bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge), the buffet breakfast was very good, the restaurant menu was limited but we and visitors tried almost everything and the food, presentation and service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The underground car park and easy access to a lift going straight to our floor made the experience even more special.

Cons: It was hard to fault anything but I would recommend china mugs in the room rather than paper cups and better to phase putting the hard cheeses out at breakfast as they become dry after about an hour

An enjoyable experience

Pros: A wonderful hotel, great location. The bed in our room was so comfy, the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I've stayed. Also very clean. Staff at reception is so kind and very helpful. We even got an upgrade at check in. Breakfast had great options with a few daily changes to keep it interesting, these little changes might seem small but is quite pleasant and makes a difference. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in short walking distances around the hotel. The food through room service was delicious, there are no descriptions of the meals and what sides comes with the food while ordering on the hotel app. but every dish we ordered was good. The grilled chicken and the chocolate volcano cake was especially yummy. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Absolute comfort and pleasant experience

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious, the latter being the main reason why I chose this hotel in the first place. It actually looked even better than in the pictures. The facilities are spacious, neat and beautifully maintained. The staff is vey polite and always willing to help: they gladly extended the buffet hours for us and other customers when we asked.
