Beautiful and clean

Pros: Very professional staff. Nice breakfast. Very very clean. Really nice and beautiful hotel

Cons: The location was not ideal for our needs, but other than that, nothing.

Pros: If you have a car perfect location not so sure about transport. Clean rooms even folded my socks and put them away once they cleaned the room, way above expectations.

Cons: Theres no such thing as a fitness centre unfortunately. No Gym.

Relaxing, comfortable and quiet

Pros: The staff was incredible, they helped us with very early morning check in despite their usual times, very accommodating and helped us with any queries. The breakfast was good and it's a perfect hotel if you want to be abit more out of the inner city area, for more quiet. However; if you're visiting istanbul for a holiday it is a little far out including with public transport but other than the location it's a nice hotel. Will definitely be back.

Pros: Great 4* hotel, cleaned and with good facilities. Very helpful and kind staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaners! Thanks so much! Good buffet breakfast with many savoury and some sweet options. Good restaurant. Very safe area with two schools in front of the hotel. Nice SPA with sauna, steaming room, hammam and rooms for different types of massage.

Pros: The property is very cleaned and modern. The bedroom is comfortable and the perfect size to fit everything and still have space to move. Good size and modern bathroom with big shower. We always had hot water running and good water pressure. Buffet breakfast with a good variety of food and drinks. The staff is extremely kind and ready to help at any occasion and time, which was a blessing to me as I was in Istanbul due to medical reasons.

Cons: To be honest, nothing! Useful info: be aware that the hotel is not in a touristic area, so you’ll need to take transports to visit the main attractions. This wasn’t a problem to me and I actually enjoyed living the local life of Istanbul.
