Pros: Customer service very helpful as t reception desk.

Cons: Wall are two thin and noise on the first day. The need to have a usb socket or charging port with powerful electricity. On the bedside, need some lamp, so don't hsve switch o n on the main light. Some channel in English from TV. Maybe some shower soap and ask if the stayer would like a breakfast service or included in the price or separate but in turkish lira. All these are suggestions for improvements.
