Pros: It was a very good hotell..very clean and the room size was perfect.. we slept well there..comfortable to stay and sleep.. nice swimming pool.. every thing was perfect and the staff talk english very well.

Cons: But what I did not mostly like was the view( on the truck side )but I got a high floor so it was not that bad for the view.. there are a lot of markets around the hotell and the area was new and class but if you want to go to the europian side or the famous places in Istanbul it is far away and you need transportation

After everything that happened, I am still undecided about whether I would stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel itself and its location have always been ideal for my stays and for accessing the areas I need to reach. The staff are friendly and consistently helpful. During my second stay, the room location changed at my request, which significantly reduced the noise level.

Cons: I did not like being asked to pay a deposit for the minibar. As a business, you may want to reconsider this practice because it can easily send the wrong message to guests. Being asked for a deposit makes customers feel as though they are not trusted, which creates an uncomfortable first impression and affects the overall experience. After I refused to leave a deposit, I ordered a single raki to my room, and it was brought along with a card machine. When I asked for it to be charged to my room, I was told that, because I did not have a deposit on the minibar, the drink had to be paid for immediately. Unfortunately, this ended up being the last money I spent in the hotel during my stay. If the raki had simply been added to my room bill, I would have paid for it at checkout regardless of whether I had a minibar deposit or not. I genuinely could not make sense of this policy, especially since during my first stay at the same hotel, I was not asked for any deposit at all. I struggle to understand what changed between my first and second visit, and this inconsistency left a negative impression.

Pros: Great hotel overall, great breakfast, and the reception was very accommodating during my stay. The room service is great.

Cons: An old staff member at the reception colluded with a taxi driver to overcharge me for a trip to the airport. I never agreed to a fixed price, and I wanted to use the clock. They tried to overcharge by 500 Turkish lira.

Pros: AC very cold very good. I am Asian I love cold rooms. Mattress and pillows made me slept deeply.

Cons: Calling lift one by one. Needs to reprogram the lifts so only need to call one button. Offer more coffee variety in breakfast.

A great place to stay

Pros: It was a great place with magnificent view, close to metro Station. Secure with great amenities and great room accommodation.

Cons: I. Think that breakfast should have some more quantity but it was really great. I would like to taste something traditional like menemen or gozleme. But it was ok.
