Brilliant - thanks for the welcome and the stay and the goodbye

Pros: The size / layout / comfort of the apartment was excellent But let me say this....the staff were absolutely sensational and were very sympathetic to our needs . A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SEYMA AND YUNUS! Thank you so much for your hospitality and you are a credit to BOF Hotels so I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Cons: The kitchen should be equipped - I know the hotel has a policy of bringing things for a (very) small fee so totally get their stance but i do think some basics should be in there as is a great kitchen!

Pros: First of all, I would like to thank Mrs. Gökçen for her assistance and hospitality. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was more than sufficient, and this choice is definitely worth repeating. Hope to see you again, take care.

Pros: The house keepers, kitchen staff,Turkish Hamam, massage & Spa Staff and the reception staff all were nice, friendly and welcoming. Suite room were also clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for making my holiday a wonderful experience. :-)

Family hotel in the Asian side of Istanbul

Pros: The breakfast is very good (they have fresh honey everyday) and there are some free facilities (e.g. swimming pool and gym). The hotel is quite child friendly, during our 6-nights stay, there were many families staying in the hotel. .

Cons: The price is a bit high but at the same time you could get a high quality room and ammenities. The location is not the most strategic for tourisic places, but the bus stops are 5-minutes walk from the hotel and a supermarket is closedby (3-minutes walk). We were slightly disappointed because there is a kitchen in the room that we booked, but then you have to pay to get access to utensils and cuttleries.

Pros: Location was good, plenty of food places near by. Very nice facilities but the only downfall is there is no iron in the rooms.

Cons: No irons in the rooms.

Pros: It was last minute booking, which didnt expect to be that pleasing with very good staff from the check-in till check-out. Thank you all for all the help that you provided with special thanks to (Boris and Emre) from reception, as well as Furkan from the support staff.

Cons: Nothing, only the pool was not open till the day of our check out, which can be earlier from the date we go out.
