Pros: Great hotel with professional management staff. Everyone at the reception desk, especially Deniz and Efe were helpful to us. Breakfast was also diverse and nicely managed by Malik and others.

Pros: Breakfast is nice and the drink choices are many including all kinds of cheese, salad and hot plates. The lady for P SPA is performing well and relax you. Here is good location for business trip in Asia area but for shopping will take some distances to go. With walking distance could do a simple shopping in Metro a big wholesale and in the entrance site there is some doner and local sweets like Baklava.

Pros: very comfortable and big luxury apartment. it was quiet and clean. staff was very good and attentive to requests. a compliment from the hotel was very pleasant.

Cons: the location of the hotel is very bad, in industrial area, there is no something interesting and worth seeing nearby.

Pros: Deniz from reception was brilliant. Very patient and helpful on all matters. It helps when issues are resolved quickly and efficiently

Cons: Almost impossible to get a taxi quickly. Always long waits, very frustrating. Also housekeeping wasn’t great, they accidentally left dirty towels on the floor! And bathroom was barely cleaned
