An ample sized apartment, clean and comfortable

Pros: An ample sized apartment, clean and comfortably warm, this was in January with an ambient temp of less than 10*c so please with the warmth. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning unit so would be comfortable in the summer. The apartment was comfortable and more than met our needs. I would not hesitate to rebook should we return to Istanbul.

Cons: The only draw back was our apartment overlooked a four lane road but the noise did not prevent us from sleeping.

It recommended for small families

Pros: Stuff were friendly and the house keeping too. The atmosphere was very nice. Location is away from city noise.

Cons: I didn't like that there was no business center available for guest. A place where I can do my online work away from noise.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mazlum for his outstanding professionalism and constant support throughout my stay. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, with friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for families with kids, as it offers a safe and pleasant environment. The only small remark is that the bed in the master bedroom felt a bit small, but everything else was excellent.

Pros: Great staff! Mr. Yusuf was of a great help! Very friendly and cooperative! The room is spacious and clean.

Pros: The apartment is great, of a high standard. When it comes to cleanliness, they need to work on it a bit.

Clean, close to supermarket, friendly staff

Pros: I chose this apartment because I had surgery at Liv Hospital nearby. The apartment was spacious and I really loved that it came with a kitchen and washing machine. The staff Kendal and Berkay made it all the more enjoyable, always friendly and willing to answer questions. This stay exceeded my expectations and I was happy that I booked a room there.

Will definitely rebook here when we come back to Istanbul

Pros: The apartment was brand new and so clean. Had a nice quiet view from the balcony. Kendal, the concierge was so friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to shops and restaurants. Has everything you need like your own home.

Cons: Sofa bed was too hard to sleep on. Other than that everything else was great

Pros: Excellent 1 bedroom Apt and nice balcony Excellent shower and fully equipped kitchen 10-20 min from 2 Malls and 2bmin walk to supermarket Gym ,sauna and excellent Bali massage 30 euro for one hour

Cons: Restaurant and breakfast service I found it a bit weak
