Pros: Staff were amazingly helpfull, especially the house keeping lady was very nice and made our stay here very comfartable.Breakfast was healthy and plenty.Location is great with lots of good resturants in near proximity.V safe and secure for the families.Highly recommended.

Cons: They didnt give us a chance to complain.All was excellent.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully prepared. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Great location, excellent service and good value of money.

Pros: The location was amazing next to the restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nora came to our help when needed and was welcoming. Great location which made it easier to get to the main attractions.

Cons: Not complaining but I think it would be cooperative for elevators to get to the higher floors of the building

In general, Kervançı is situated in a nice quartier of Istanbul and offers nice rooms.

Pros: The staff of the hotel was super nice and helpful. The hotel was located not far from train stations and other famous sights. We, as a family, stayed for more than a week there and have mostly positive feedback.

Cons: Of course, it'd be better to have an elevator in the hotel to get to your floor, but since it's an old building, it's understandable. The shower cabin could have been cleaner. Also, we wanted to see some changes in our breakfast.

Pros: Close distance to all amenities, bus and train stop. Very nice and spacious rooms. Very clean. The lady who brought us breakfast and cleaned our rooms was just beautiful!! Sooo lovely. Great restaurant just under the hotel too. It looked better than on photos! Would highly recommend.
