Very friendly atmosphere.

Pros: Very good value for money. Great location. The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The biggest highlight, however, was the amazing staff, especially the gentlemen working in the restaurant on the ground floor. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel much more pleasant and welcoming. We truly appreciated their attitude and hospitality. A great place to stay and one we would happily recommend.

Perfect staff

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day. The service was excellent. A great staff.

Pros: Only 15 minutes away from main attractions of Istanbul. Roam was clean and good size. Alchin and Anes provided a great service they were available and happy to help when ever needed.

Very good location, nice atmosphere, great and friendly staff! I fully recommend this place.

Pros: Great location very close to the center with life going on on the street till late evening, with life music in the restaurants. Great atmosphere, open, friendly and helpful staff, speaking English. I came by private car, the staff quickly found a secured private parking within 300meters for 10Euro/day. Hotel restaurant very good with prices little higher than average but the food is delicious. Besides as a hotel guest I had a big and good breakfast included and 10% discount for other meals.

Cons: The apartment is a little old and needs some small retrofits. However I liked the old style and it would be good to keep it like that. If someone wants a real quiet place and doesn't like the life music and parties till around midnight should consider something different. For me actually it was a great plus ;-).

Pros: Customer Services is very excellent, heart of istanbul, very friendly manager, everyone was smiling and nice people, very comfort rooms, air conditioning is really very good

Cons: There was No lift to our apartment but other apartments does have lift

Perfect for a short stay in the Old City

Pros: Great location, restaurant food was pleasant and the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly group

Great stay at a good price. Beautiful spacious apartment.

Pros: Our apartment was really nice and very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and beds great we had a great nights sleep. All the major sights were at walking distance. Staff here are wonderful and helpful. Special thanks to Karina.

Cons: Breakfast needs definitely improving with a few more items added on to it and having a variety each day. Juice and water was missing.
