Pros: Overall, this was one of the best choices for a solo traveler like me. It’s budget-friendly, and the facilities were good enough for my needs. The owner and other staff were super friendly and helpful. Considering everything it offered, the price was very reasonable. Nothing fancy, but a great choice for travelers on a budget.

Cons: The booking stated that check-in time was 13:00; however, my room wasn’t quite ready at that time. Having said that, the staff were very kind and helped me carry my heavy luggage up to the fourth floor, which I really appreciated. So overall, it felt fair enough, and I was still happy with the stay.

Great Value

Pros: stayed here for three nights and had a genuinely great experience. the apartment was incredibly cheap — the same price as a hostel. but with way more privacy, so it felt like a total win. the location is excellent, right in the heart of fatih. super well connected with trams and metros, and close to plenty of food shops and restaurants. the area itself can be a bit noisy, but the windows do a surprisingly good job at blocking the sound. the apartment is basic but fully functional. the bed is honestly the best part. i was solo, so having a whole king-size bed to myself felt like luxury on a budget. there’s a kettle if you want to make tea (bring your own tea bags), and the bathroom, while small, works just fine. hot water, no issues. there is a mild smell of mold, but considering the very low price, i really can’t complain. overall, for the price and the location, i’d book this place again without hesitation if i return to istanbul.

Cons: one important thing: it’s on the fourth floor with no elevator, so it’s definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Pros: I really liked Baran Home Aparts because of many reasons. I stayed there for 3 nights. It's very good for solo travellers like me, I feeled very safe there. Baran, the owner is very good person, he is so kind and helpful. Thank him for everything 🙏 Next thing that was very important for me when I was searching for hotels, is cleanness. The room, Bath, toilet, everything is very clean. You will have electic water boiler in your room with glasses and plate. These were also perfectly clean. You will get towels and slippers too. Soap and shampoo are in the bath. Location is also good because it's near the centre, metro and tram. You need only 15-20 mins walk to get Hagia Sofia and other sights. Recomended 100%

Pros: Hotel Baran Home aparts is more of a pleasant, quiet, quiet apartment house with several rooms where you don't even know that you have neighbors. The room, the quality of the bed, the air conditioning, and everything they offer are really provided and above standard. The owner and his colleagues are pleasant abs always ready to help.I know that guests like to come back to him and I will do the same again in a few days. The environment is not far from the main attractions, very affordable and quiet environment for peaceful relaxation, both during the day and at night. I definitely recommend this facility.

Pros: It is a room y bathroom , if you are looking a place to sleep and use the bathroom that it is the place, the location its a lot of commerce around very close to Grand Bazar, just as recommendations improve the shower : it was broken and put any protector in the mattress and pillow for sanitary reason . The rest perfect
