Great value for money in Balat

Pros: We enjoyed staying in Balat. Our room at The Pink House was lovely and comfortable, with the bonus of a fridge, access to washing machine, AC if needed, and coffee machine. It is good value for money, in a lovely location.

Pros: The apartment was awesome! Super clean and all the appliances were in great condition. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location was really convenient—just a 5-7 minute walk to the tram, bus, and ferry. Plus, there's a Sok market just a 3-minute walk away. Communication with the host was fantastic and left a really positive impression. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Отличное место, если вам как и нам нужна комната только чтоб переночевать.

Pros: Отличное расположение, тихий переулок, но в самом посещаемом месте этого района. Из окна видно относительно недорогое кафе, где мы завтракали. В комнате было тепло, горячая вода есть, вай-фай есть. Приветливая хозяйка.

Cons: не хватало микроволновки. Мы не готовили, но негде было разогреть купленные сэндвичи.

Pros: Хороший район. Все соответствует описанию на сайте. Для знакомства со Стамбулом то что нужно👍. Рядом пристани бухты Золотого рога (Балат и Фенер), остановка трамвая, автобуса, чуть дальше остановка метро Халич. Гостеприимный хозяин👍. Нам очень понравилось.

Pros: Burak est très sympathique très bon contact Très ponctuel pour la remise des clés Chambre bien située très confortable et bien aménagée et décorée , literie de qualité Il y a aussi un petit coin cuisine très bien équipé (nous n' avons pas utilisé) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour Merci à Burak et aussi Elif qui est très gentille et qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour le Taxi A très bientôt Charline (Gina) et Claude

Cons: Rien du papier toilette supplémentaire 😂😂
