Pros: المكان جدا جميل وهادي وحولك كل شى السوبر والمطاعم وسوق نيشاناتشي والمترو الغرف فقط صغيره تكفى شخصين فقط للعوائل مناسب

سأعيد استئجار الشقة إذا كنت برفقة زوجتي ومعنا ابن واحد فقط.

Pros: الإيجابيات/ - الموقع خرافي وممتاز جداً وكل الخدمات تروح لها على قدميك. - استجابة المضيف سريعة جداً ومتجاوب ويحل أي مشكلة تطرأ بسرعة. - أواني المطبخ كاملة ومتوفرة. - في الغرفة مكيف اسبليت وكذلك في الصالة. - المترو أسفل الشقة يعتي تقريباً 100 متر ( محطة مترو عثمان بيه ). - كثير من محلات التسوق المشهورة اللي بخاطرك في نيشان تشي أو غيرها والكوفيهات تقدر تروح لها على قدميك. فأبعد شيء يمكن كيلو واحد فقط.

Cons: السلبيات/ - بجانب الشقة ( يبدو مؤقتاً ) يوجد أعمال حفر وهدم مما جعلنا لاننام جيداً وقت الصباح من الإزعاج. وهذا ليس للمضيف فيه علاقة أو صلة وهو خارج الإرادة. - الشقة صغيرة تصلح لزوجين فقط مع طفل واحد، حيث أن مكونات الشقة كالتالي: غرفة نوم صغيرة يوجد فيها دولاب ملابس + صالة فيها أريكة للجلوس وبالإمكان قلبها لتصبح سرير، وفي طرف الصالة مطبخ جانبي وثلاجة ومتوفر في المطبخ الأواني الأساسية، ودورة مياه فيها غسالة ملابس. وشرفة الدور الرابع صغيرة جداً جداً أما شرفة الدور الأول فواسعة وكبيرة. لذلك لا تصلح لعزاب عددهم ثلاثة لأنه لايمكن ينام في السرير المزدوج في غرفة النوم اثنين إلا زوجين فقط.
