Spacious and nicely designed cozy place!

Pros: Walking distance from few shopping centres and lots of shops. Spacious apartment, AC all over the place so it can be warm if needed.

Cons: Pillows could be improved

Great value for money for location and space

Pros: Great location, near to metro, shops etc. Someone always available at the desk, helpful concierge/reception team, good sized rooms and plenty of storage.

Cons: A little sparse on cutlery, crockery etc and whilst it was generally clean there were some areas in the apartment that could do with a deeper clean.

Pros: The apartment was nice and spacious. The guys at the reception were very polite and helpful.

Cons: There is no lobby and dining area in this hotel. The sofa needs deep cleaning. It was quite filthy. The parking is not very convenient since it's a few blocks away from the hotel.

Very comfortable and fab location.

Pros: The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location and comfy beds. Clean rooms and kitchen facilities are great. Good variety of food in breakfast buffet.

Cons: Bare in mind that breakfast buffet is in another hotel which is 5 min walk from here.

Great place to stay in the city

Pros: Great location, and the apartment was tidy and clean. The room service was excellent and also the breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Cons: The front desk guy charged me for my fiance's stay despite I took the apartment for two people. Parking wasn't on the spot and bit expensive

Great with an exception.

Pros: Everything was great. The room is clean and easy to utilize. 24 hours open front desk. They provided everything you may need from a home.

Cons: The elevator is not on the room's level, and smoking smelling comes from the ventilation system. Better need a policy to make people smoke outside of the building.

Very nice experience

Pros: The suite was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The staf was amazing. Very comunicative and ready to help any time i needed it. Thank you very much to all of them, especially to Tanes,, who was very polite and helpful. It was one of my best stays in Istanbul. Will definitely stay here again any time I am in Istanbul.

Pros: Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious & comfortable Apartment for great price compared to other properties with close location and size. Location is quiet and just behind the lively Sisli road. Close to Osmanbey Metro & Bus Stations.

Cons: No windows / views. Furniture/finishes little bit old, worn out. Beware that you cannot reach your apartment without stairs (1 level), as the lift stops between apartment floors. The staff will help with the luggage but for elderly people or people with knee/back pain, injuries, etc., they will have to use the stairs. Overall I would definitely stay again / recommend to stay here.
