Good place to stat in the hearth of Ist

Pros: The location and the staff are top! Breakfast is more than good enough with lots of varieties. All hotel staff try their best to help you. Really appreciated them! The heart of Istanbul is within 5 min walks and from there, you can reach any hotspot of Istanbul by walking or public transport. One of the best thing is that the cheapest transport (havaist to IST and havabus to SAW airports) are 5 mins walk distance from the hotel. You do not need to pay lots of money to taxi or uber or vip transfer.

Cons: The mattress was not comfortable. Its back support was not enough good, so it caused backache to me. Other side, the sound isolation between the rooms would better be better. It was disturbing to hear all chat and voices from the neighbor room.

An Exceptional Hotel

Pros: Exceptional hotel. Wonderful staff and clean room. Our family room was spacious with a large balcony. Breakfast offered variety and was plentiful. The staff were friendly. Location .. is excellent. 200 metres from major bus routes and 700 metres to Takism Square.

Stunning hotel in Istanbul only few steps from taksim

Pros: Very friendly team at the lobby & very helpful team at the breakfast.. Very serious team at the cleaning of the room .. Very good location.. All teams have good level in English..first time I see this in Istanbul in a hotel Breakfast is very good Sure next year I will return

Cons: Breakfast was not refilling, air conditioning can be loud ( but you can turn it down ) , location is generally good but the imediate surroundings can be tricky to navigate

Very nice hotel with this price.

Pros: The location was quite central. The hotel was silent. The best thing was the breakfast. The staff of the hotel were extremely polite and friendly.

Cons: The steep road to the hotel was not good. The beds could have been a little bit larger. If you are a tall person over 180, your feet go beyond the single bed.

4 nights stay

Pros: From the very first moments the staff make us feel welcome. Firstly we arrived two and a half hours before the check in, and they gave us our room just 20 minutes later. They offered welcome coffe, and gave us useful informations about the city, (hot spots , tram stations atc). The breakfast wasn't so big but it was fairly good with everything necessary. ( eggs, ham and cheese, juices, fruits ...). Also the bathroom is amazing with hot water all the day and the above all, the bed was so comfortable. Thank you guys!

Superb

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was not really my taste but it satisfied me enough. Free water and cleaning every day. The location is super central... Less than 10 mins away walking to Taksim. Also many shops around the place.

Cons: The only bad thing I could think of is that the location was in the lower part of a street so in order to reach the city transport or the main road you have this type of climbing.
