Istanbul is always amazing, not first time to Istanbul.

Pros: The vibes of hotel are nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle point between taksim and osmanbey/ sisli area where all access are found and no need to worry about anything.

Cons: The prices are considered expensive regarding 4 star hotel.

Pros: The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. The breakfast was very good. It had many choices and every day something different. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost and the mini bar was free. The guys at the reception were very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed, especially Nadire, Mehmet and Boran.

DONT COME AFTER 2 P M

Pros: This is perfect hotel for me..everything was proper and good ...the hotel staff.. reception staff.. location..cleanining..services...near by restaurants and transportation facilities....everything was perfect.

Cons: I booked by booking com . I determined my arrival time between 6 to 7pm according to booking com list of questions. And of course I submitted my valid Visa card in the list. Hotel informed me that If i arrive after 2 pm i will not find available room...and it looks like that this is the rules of hotel which is against booking com rules. This is the only issue that disturb my stay. No any other negative things

Pros: The location is really great, right next to Taksim square. It was comfortable, clean and everything that you would expect. Staff were friendly.
