We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again in the future

Pros: The rooms were a good size which was helpful as we wanted to be with our family in 3 rooms. Also the restaurant had fantastic views over the city. The breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and polite.

Cons: I had a complaint over one of the staff. However the complaint was taken seriously and the management dealt with it as best as they could.

Istanbul at its finest, with a hotel that brings together comfort, care, and the rhythm of the city

Pros: Everything about this hotel deserves the highest possible rating, and in every respect, a positive one. First and foremost, the staff: their attentiveness, kindness, and constant readiness to be available and resolve any situation, as well as their care in the everyday details, such as at breakfast, under the leadership of Head Waiter Ali and his entire team. The location is another great asset, allowing easy and privileged access to any part of Istanbul. The comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff responsible for their upkeep further enhance the experience. Everything was truly impeccable.

Cons: This is not so much a negative point, but rather an observation regarding the Executive Lounge. It is, in fact, a very pleasant space, offering hot food from 6:00 p.m. onwards and of very good quality. The only regret I have is that, during my stay, there were not enough guests with access to the lounge, and therefore it was closed for breakfast and only opened at midday. This is understandable; however, I would still like to suggest that the hotel consider offering breakfast in the lounge, perhaps as an alternative to the standard breakfast, given the opening hours presented from the outset.
