A very nice stay!

Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The deluxe room is spacious, well decorated and very clean with comfortable bed, clean towels, slippers and coffee/tea bags. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They offered great service. One evening, it was raining and they kindly lent us an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to book the same hotel for our next Istanbul trip.

Very nice hotel with central location, good breakfast and good value for money

Pros: It was my second stay at this hotel and again the management upgraded our room providing us with Suite with partial sea view instead of Deluxe. Special thanks to Emre at the reception for that and for making every effort to accommodate our requests.

A pleasant break in Istanbul

Pros: Excellent location very close to Restaurants, Metro, shopping area in Taksim. My room was quite spacious with a lovely veranda on the 9th floor, although the view overlooked buildings Breakfast was nice but a bit too repetitive for a seven day stay. Excellent WIFI available. What I really liked about this hotel is that whenever I needed something, the response was immediate.

Cons: This has nothing to do with the hotel. My Revolut card never functioned whenever I tried to tap it for the Metro or Tram etc. Buy an Istanbul Card and keep topping up as you go along.

Pros: The location of the hotel is superb. The room spacious and co.fortable

Cons: There was a renovation in the kitchen so there was no lunch or snack available in hotel but you have like 10 restaurants around the hitel

Pros: Room was clean, luxurious and spacious. We were upgraded from a standard twin to junior twin suite, which was a great experience. Breakfast is sufficient, quality of food is good.

Cons: The breakfast is really limited to Turkish food, no macon, bacon or typical English breakfast..

Pros: The choice of breakfast is huge. There are very polite people who can help you if you have a question or something else. The hotel is near by the square Taksim, so if you travel to shop with comfort, this hotel is for you.
