Occidental Taksim

Pros: Our stay was excellent overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful — without a doubt the strongest point of this hotel. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast is another very positive aspect of the hotel, offering a very wide variety of options. There was an impressive selection of both sweet and savory choices, catering to different tastes and preferences. The location was also very convenient, providing easy access to most areas of the city center as well as to public transportation, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Additionally, the private parking was particularly useful in my case and was an important amenity for me. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient

Cons: The rooms need a renovation

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I recommend staying here because of the staff’s excellent manners.

Pros: The staff are wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. 2- The location is in the heart of Taksim Street.

Cons: The mirror is not placed in a suitable location, and the other mirrors do not provide sufficient lighting.

It was wonderful and if I come back to Turkey I will stay there again.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome and location was near to the places that we would like to visit.

Cons: The light in the rooms was not enough.

Pros: Good location and good service, very clean all over hotel

Cons: I went for massage, I asked for relaxation massage but rather than I enjoyed and relaxed I got body pain and this is the only thing disappointed me. The lady who was giving massage didn’t listen to my request to slow down.

Safe and enjoyable

Pros: Everything is near, especially transport. Feel safe. Late night shopping everywhere. We had a nice time and enjoyed every moment.

Excellent Location.

Pros: Very Close to Taksim Square, Helpful staff and can speak English and other languages. Very special thanks for the breakfast team on the top of them Mr. Nihat Palabiyik. Waiters are also very helpful.

Occidental Hotel Fantastic Stay in Taksim

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was excellent — the property was spotless, and the customer service was truly first class. Upon check-in, we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a lovely gesture, but we politely declined as it felt a bit too large for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa experience was equally impressive and a highlight of our stay — relaxing, well-kept, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service.

Cons: If I had to mention one small criticism, it would be that the indoor swimming pool area could have benefited from better lighting, as it felt a little too dim. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Brilliant stay

Pros: Superb stay. The hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable including the bed. Staff were excellent. Really helpful and accommodating.

Cons: More sockets in the rooms.
