Good hotel overall, but needs improvements
Pros: The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk to Taksim Square and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was average to good, and the internet speed was excellent.
Cons: We had booked two rooms, but one of them was much smaller than what was shown in the photos and described in the room details. Also, one of the showers had a drainage issue, and it took a long time for the water to go down.

Pros: the hotel was amazing the location and the rooms the staff are very helpful MR. Ali was helping us and guide was what ever we need the location was near taxism squre around 5 min walking also the room fit for 4 family member 2 adult and 2 kids and the breakfast need to be better and the cleanliness to be improved, everything near the hotel rust. supermarket, coffee shops and also for shopping

Pros: Location is perfect, 2 min to the bus stop for the both airports, and 2 min to the Taksim square and one of the popular walking streets. Stuff was excellent, room was very big and clean.
Cons: The only thing which is not so good is the breakfast, but it was ok

Fantastic Stay at Arts Hotel Taksim
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Arts Hotel Taksim in Istanbul! The hotel gave us a free upgrade from 2 double deluxe rooms to 2 junior suites. Our group of four stayed in two spacious suites on the 10th floor, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, and the hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and fulfilled all our requests. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. We will visit again.

Great hotel
Pros: Guys working in the hotel were great. Ali and the other young gentleman(Azid) were extra nice and helpful. Also, we got a free upgrade of the room from the reception:) The location is great, 3 minutes from Taksim, the metro station and bus station. I love Istanbul, and visit the city often, so definitely will go back to this hotel. Thanks 🌺

Cons: Breakfast is a little poor but not that bad, and the swimming pool should be active for more time.

Good quiet rooms and friendly staff
Pros: We wanted a quiet clean spacious room to ensure good nights' sleep after long days enjoying Istanbul This hotel delivered- we were in fact upgraded to a Junior Suite The bed was large, firm and comfortable, the blackout curtains were excellent and the double glazing very good= very good sleeps The shower was very good too, and the pool in the basement was good and well kept
Cons: We compromised on location- its a very tourist oriented area which was a bit irrelevant to our needs. But it was well connected, near to the Metro/Taksim Square.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable and clean, its rooms are comfortable and the service is wonderful, especially the treatment of the staff, including Umut and Gokhan chef and Azad. We had 4 rooms and we advise everyone to stay in this hotel, which is in the same division. Next time, if we want to return to Istanbul, we will return to them. All thanks to the staff and the hotel.
