The stay was great. Ali and other stuff members were caring and always here to help. We felt welcome.

Pros: Great location, rich and diverse breakfast, kind and caring stuff

Cons: Sound proof between the rooms could be better. If your neighbours are load, you might ask them to be quiet.

Great stay close to everything!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Helpfull and nice stuff, good breakfast and perfect location at 1min from Taksim. Only internet was a bit slow.

Great hotel with central location.

Pros: Great location! Airport shuttle bus stop 2 mins walk. Metro 2 mins walk. Funicular 3 mins walk. Galata tower 20-30 mins walk. Istiklal street 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Beautiful stay.

Cons: Very small lift which was ok for two people, won’t be ok for two and a kid. We had to use stairs which are a bit dangerous, I bumped my head. I would suggest put note “Mind your head”.

Value for money

Pros: Location is perfect. 2-3 minutes to Taksim square, Istiklal street. Everyday cleaning is good. If you search for the normal hotel with minimum service and facilities in the city center it is good choice.

Cons: There is no telephone inside of room, but only in bathroom. I think for even the hotel with no stars the telephone should be in room. It’s not comfortable to go to bathroom for calling to reception. Front Office team should be more carefully to the guest requests.
