Pros: Hotel is very clean they have good open buffet breakfast. Service staff was excellent. From the first day untill my check out they help me with all my wants. Front desk was 24 hour there to help. Thanks for all off them. Of course the locations is heart of Istanbul i guess the best location. Thank you for all Highly recommended

We enjoyed our time, personal touch, and feel it is the best value in the taksim area for the money.

Pros: The Location was great! In the heart of Taksim with many walkable places and easy acces to public transport, taxis, and uber. The Spa was nice with a Sauna, but the Steam room was under repair. Mehmet was extremely helpful and helped us with luggage and answered all of our questions through out our stay.

Cons: Everything was up to par and we had little issues. The breakfast buffet was just fine, and met our needs but nothing to write home over. The one elevator made coming and going a little slower, but they allowed us to also use the staff elevator and that helped when we were coming and going.
