Pros: this hotel location is excellent on the hart of Taxim and very close to the metro, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast is very good and the staff their are very helpful Especially Mr. Ugur very friendly.

Cons: the recaption staff where very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Nancy very helpful as always all the staff are very good i love staying at this hotel i been staying in this hotel for all the time i have been to Istanbul in the past 10 years and i will always will. Thank you all

Comfortable stay between connecting flights

Pros: The location is perfect just next to the bus stop for main airports and Istiklal street. Very nice stuff, welcome fruits and small gift on check out. The beds are comfortable and room is clean.

Cons: WiFi was unstable.

Pros: An excellent hotel with extremely kind and professional staff who are always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and truly great value for money. The location is very convenient. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff — the small gift we received at check-out was a lovely touch and a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended 🌟

Over all Good stay good location Penthouse should must have A 3 Seater Sofa

Pros: The location is Superb, The staff is extra Sweet and helpfull.

Cons: I booked a penthouse but both the pent house are not same i was given 901 which was small in size compare to shown in Booking.com. secondly there is no double Sofa for a Extra Person to sleep if he has Kids. I advise the hotel to keep a 3 seater sofa instead of single Chairs.

Cons: Every morning we smell cigarettes odour in my room which come from the emergency door that connected to my bed room inspite that my room is non smoking room , plus the breakfast was poor in variety
