Pros: It's comfortable and cozy, good bed linen and pillows. Breakfast was fine 👌

Cons: Noize isolation is weak, I can hear everything outside the room number.

Pros: Great location. its a 6 min walk from taxim square.

Cons: One thing that was very disappointing, the guy at the reception. Not a very polite person, had no manners at all, did not want help you with directions, I asked for a 2nd key card and hesitated to give it to me. when arriving he threw me a list of the guest and asked me to find my name. when I told him I am not on the list as we are not from a group he told me to wait until he finishes what he is doing. (he was doing nothing). i am adding a picture of the receptionist. other then that all was perfect.

Pros: A respectable hotel with a respectable management. The entire staff, morning and evening, were very professional. Mr. ZEKAI NKESKIN helped me and gave me advice regarding my daughter's health condtion with genuine fatherly concern. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for him and his kind colleagues.

Pros: The staff were very friendly , the room were cleaned every day and in general was very very clean! Bravo to the housekeeping department! The bell boys were also very friendly and helpful! Thank you very much!

Cons: The breakfast was not European! They had specific choices for food and there were no choice for simple things like honey , jam or types of eggs, cheese.

Pros: I stay at this hotel regularly because of its convenient location near the Havabus stop. The rooms are always clean, and although the breakfast is average, it is sufficient. This time I was upgraded to a spacious luxury room on the 9th floor with a balcony. It was quiet at night, and I slept very well. Special thanks to the administrator for the kind assistance with my luggage and for walking me to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent except for breakfast

Pros: The breakfast can be a little more African. It was too English . Add sweet potatoes, baked beans, yams, arrow roots, to fit African guests . Bathroom towels too small in size and not absorbent. Not drying our body well
