Cons: They did not have do not disturb tag so every time they knocked the door and I had to ask them to not come in

I will take this hotel again.

Pros: A great room of a decent size and good beds. I liked a lot the wellness area and the location of the hotel. The Havaist (bus from/to IST airport) and Havabus (bus from/to SAW airport) bus stops are about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The bus trip cost between 7-8 €. The guests received a nice present during their stay.

Cons: The inside swimming pool was closed. I didn't take the breakfast the price was exaggerated.

It was nice and close to everything it was 5mins walk from taksim

Pros: The room was very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: It was very hot and the ac wasn’t working because they said it was cold out side but some people get hot so it should be an option for the customers to turn the ac on or off .

Excellent Istanbul stay

Pros: Great location. A minute’s walk from the airport bus stop and close to the metro. The room was comfortable and generous-sized. Excellent staff service.

Cons: The breakfast buffet could have offered more variety, especially the hot food range.
