Upsuites is a modern, comfortable, clean hotel and we will stay there again

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We reported that the overhead showerhead in our bathroom wasn't working properly, and it was fixed the same day. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons: Nothing significant.

Pros: Very good hotel for the money, good breakfast, the staff was very nice, always smiling. In order to arrive to the hotel you have to walk for a bit from the main street, but seems like a safe area. We didn't feel like we have to be worried when we arrived late in the evening.

Great hospitality

Pros: Location is very good, few minutes walking distance from the metro and at the same time very silent despite being in the one of the busiest areas of the Istanbul. Very good and rich breakfast. Sufficient and clean rooms. All the personnel are very experienced, helpful and kind. Have a free parking space.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, delicious breakfast, nice and clean rooms, stable high speed WiFi. Came here back for the second time and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very convenient to get here from the airport by metro M11. I would also like to admit very helpful staff at the hotel.

Nice place for short stays!

Pros: Friendly personal, nice opportunity of ordering the food and other products right to the room. Even renting the stroller. (Was necessary to wait only 30-40 minutes)

Cons: Maybe the rooms could be little bit bigger, but generally it’s ok.
