I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel with our adult son while visiting Istanbul for a concert at Zorlu Centre, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is great - close to Gayrettepe metro station, making it very easy to get both to the airport and to the city center. There’s also a Carrefour market and several pharmacies nearby (which, unfortunately, we happened to need). Despite being on a busy main road, the room was very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The blackout curtains and comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed - hairdryer, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons: When we arrived after 2 p.m., our room wasn’t quite ready. I had requested two separate beds, but there was a double bed instead. We had to wait quite a long time for the beds to be separated and even had to call reception to remind them. This was a bit disappointing, as we had been traveling since 4 a.m. and were very tired. Before our arrival, I also tried to contact the hotel to confirm the twin beds and ask about the hairdryer, but unfortunately, I never received a reply - neither through Booking nor via email. Another small thing: some of the staff could be more polite. It felt a bit strange to greet the security guard several times and not get any response. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Breaksfast excellent. Location very good but a little noisy due to non-stop traffic along the avenue

Cons: Swimming was closed on Monday, and sauna/turkish bath were not available

Pros: Location was perfect, everything was close by, 5 to 10 minutes taxi ride, designer shopping centre is about 10 minutes walk. breakfast was very good buffet with great selection

Cons: location, comfort, food and comfortable rooms. The best thing about the hotel was the staff service and curtsy. Staff in the reception and restaurant gave excellent service
