Very good, would come back for a 3rd time

Pros: I have stayed here before and knew I wanted to stay here for my trip to Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect and the hotel is very nice.

Cons: The breakfast did not have many options. No pancakes and the toaster did not work great. Nonetheless, a decent breakfast.

Pros: Perfect location, very good breakfast, confortable bed, very kind and helpful staff..Especially Zaky.He was very kind and helpful. If I go back to this area, I will go back to this place...

Cons: The bathroom a little small, especially the shower.

Good value and good staff but breakfast not great

Pros: Good location close to boat cruise and shops. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons: Breakfast was not great. Juices and tea/coffee were not good. Need to improve quality. Basically quantity is there not quality.

Great location, friendly staff, highly recommend.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to attractions and lots of eateries close by. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Lower level can get street noise at night but staff were very understanding and happily moved us up to a higher level.

Friendly staff ,great location .

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs.The hotel was clean and our rooms were comfortable with great beds.Fantastic location to trains,trams and ferries.

Cons: There was some issues with the sheets on our beds .Some sheets were not big enough and the second sheet was a single bed Donna cover .We had to ask 4 times for blankets .. there were none in our rooms.Not sure why this was so challenging to the staff.The hotel really needs to purchase sheet sets .They could also purchase new bath towels as the ones we received throughout our stay were getting a little thin.
