Pros: I truly have no words! The location is excellent, close to the most important attractions and public transportation. Seymus at the reception and the young man handling the luggage were truly wonderful! These guys make you want to learn Turkish with their incredibly warm welcome! Pros: We stayed at this hotel as a group of 9 people, and the experience was simply fantastic—far beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism, which made us feel immediately at ease. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, perfect even for a large group like ours. The common areas were cozy and always tidy, and every detail seemed designed to ensure maximum comfort. The staff was truly impeccable: always available, friendly, and ready to help with any request. The services offered were also excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. In summary, it was an extremely positive experience that we highly recommend to everyone. See you next year!

Fabulous

Pros: Great staff really helpful checking in early hours of the morning, and great freindly helpful staff during the day with any queries. Lovely heated pool and jaccuzi but one day it was cold and shame the steam room wasn't working. Very clean in the spa area and clean rooms. Perfect location lots of shops and restaurants. Would book again, thanks so much. Would be good to offer an option with breakfast

Brilliant location, walking distance from sights, food, shopping and great transport links

Pros: The location was perfect! Walking distance to many locations, in quite a busy area with great transport links, convenient for tour operators to locate for pick up/drop off options. Great to walk around the area, plentyyy of food options and shopping options. Location was spot on!! Staff were amazing, clean rooms, clean facilities. Gulhane Bazaar is less than 2 minute walk and found the shopping great and much cheaper than Grand or Spice Bazaar for some of the exact same items.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, it was brilliant overall. Just one slight point was the breakfast options mentioned on the website seemed to offer more variety, and upon staying, the breakfast options were actually a little limited than described. This may have been due to winter season. Overall very nice.

Cons: I wish the Spa could be 24 hr access at least for those who stayed 1 night. We arribed at 8:30pm and it was closing at 9. We only stayed for 1 night so we couldnt enjoy our spa acess then we left early

Great location and great staff

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Staff were very helpful, especially Ufuk who extended our checkout time on our travel day. Would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Great hotel with a very friendly team. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Its central location allowed us to visit the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar on foot. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view, and the spa facilities are a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The wonderful, friendly staff made our stay wonderful. I would like to give special thanks to Ufuk, Ferzi and Berkay – they helped us with everything we needed – they were responsive, sincere and very pleasant. The spa area is excellent. There was a good selection of breakfast options. The room was very comfortable. Everything was clean and beautiful. All the attractions are nearby. We would love to come back again.
