Best location

Pros: The location is perfect, close to ferries, trains, metro, tram, old town. Nice to be able to use the sauna for free. Clean rooms and friendly staff

Cons: A bit small room, would have liked to be able to buy a cup of coffe in the hotel and maybe sit a the roofterrace in the evening to see the Nice view.(the terrace was closed in the evening)

Service with a smile.

Pros: The entire stay was awesome. The cherry on top was when I forgot my cellphone on the coffee table in the reception and the guy who was on duty at the reception literally ran down the road after the taxi, bout 500m from Hotel to hand it to me....a huge thankyou to the guy.

Cons: Everything was great.

Good and comfortable location to visit istanbul

Pros: Good beds, good shower and clean. If there was an issue, it was fixed fast

Great stay

Pros: We enjoyed our 4 night stay good location, good breakfast and we used the swimming pool which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Nice place I would recommend
