Overall we had a fantastic stay any issues were swiftly dealt with and made our stay even better.

Pros: We originally stayed on level 19 in a beautiful room overlooking the harbour. the room and the view was spectacular, the second room we stayed in was a suite on level 15 also spectacular. All the staff from the cleaners to the front desk were amazing the best staff member was Hassan the manager in the restaurant he was a super star *****

Cons: We had some noise issues from restaurant on the roof. Also my recommendation is that they need to have English speaking people on line for room service.

Pros: The best hotel I've ever stayed in Taksim. Location, room service, welcome, and escort are all top notch, 10 points! Breakfast was just great. Our room faced the sea and it was the best view :)

Pros: Location is excellent and very nice breakfast buffet included in the price. Staff are very friendly and attentive, I loved the mini bar in the room. Room service is wonderful.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a bath tub in the bathroom. There were no accessories provided in the bathroom either and therefore relied on the guest to hae not forgotten any toiletteries.

An exceptional stay with outstanding service and an unforgettable Bosphorus view.

Pros: We had an exceptional experience. The hotel was amazing, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also excellent.

Cons: We initially had an issue with the hot water in our room. However, the staff handled it very professionally and promptly relocated us to another room with a stunning Bosphorus view, which was more spacious and more expensive than our original room. We truly appreciated this gesture.
