Great location great friendly staff superb price

Pros: The central position to everything was great . Taxis . Metro. Trams . Just a 30 second walk to the centre of it all

Good Stay

Pros: First, the service ! I was greet nicely at counter and then Hussein help to carry my bag to room (i wish i met him again the next day 🥺). Then i got a big room just for myself, it is clean and comfy, breakfast is normal Turkish breakfast

Cons: Just to let others know - no iron (only have laundry service) - steep stairs to hotel (just 100m walk from taksim train but if u carry big bag it is quite challenging)

I'll never book again in this hotel.

Pros: The location was excellent, the facilities were average.

Cons: Before our stay, they offered us nice rooms on the fourth floor, but they actually gave us rooms on the fifth floor that were less than we expected. The room wasn't as nice as the one we saw. The breakfast was not up to a five-star hotel standard. It was average, and when we asked for scrambled eggs, they told us it's an extra cost.!! We couldn't lock the bathroom door with the key.
