Pros: Truly a wonderful stay, we stayed here for 15 days, it was really great and we would definitely do it again next time. Thank you Morteza for your hospitality and for being such a kind person, we really appreciate every moments at the hotel, good services and nice staff

Not bad, must be better, Staff top another things must be better

Pros: We like how close to Taksim it is..And also very friendly staff specially guy [ Indian, Pakistani, name like Montuzar :) ] he is very friendly...

Cons: We stay 6 nights, only 1 time housekeeping change towels, and not clean the room anytime... Many things we need to ask alone every time, toilet paper, towels....Also room pictures are not the same and room we got...

Pros: Location was great & penthouse was very nice and spacious

Cons: Amenties were limited. No room cleaning regularly. Bit dark outside

Pros: A big, comfortable suite with two bathrooms. Nice, helpful, and friendly staff, they gave us all the information we asked about, such as an extra blanket. We also left our luggage in the hotel before the check-in. The cleaning was on the request. A calm, quiet neighborhood despite the proximity to the Taksim square. Tasty breakfast, but the dining room is pretty small, so a few times some guests had to wait a while.

Cons: The windows didn't close properly.

Worth the price & the staff is excellent!

Pros: Location is good, tram stop is 8 min walk away, “Taksim tunnel” bus stop and metro also close. Theres a fruit shop and a small market under the house. Bed was cozy. The staff is helpful. I recommend the place!

Cons: Breakfast had no variety, had to ask for a cleaning (1x in seven nights) and towels was not changed.

Very nice stay!

Pros: The hotel is on the great location, just a few minutes from Taksim Meydan. It looks the same as it is on the pictures. Staff is extremely polite (especcialy guys from the reception) and always there when we needed them. Breakfast is delicious. It is great value for this money.

Cons: The dinning place is a bit small (sometimes full so you need to wait few minutes). There are missing some kitchen facilities but when we asked they immediately bring it to us.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also very good.

Pros: The venue was easily accessible to other attraction places. Staffs were nice and helpful :)

Cons: The venue was quite elevated so there will be a need for a “hike” sometimes.
