Pros: location, sea view, balcony, nice architecture, design and interior materials of hotel , no prepayment was charged when booking, walking distance from bus stop to airport, air conditioning was working good

Cons: I made reservation for a room with large bed, but instead room with two small bed was provided. Wifi was not working, I had to use roaming mobile internet which is quite expensive. Breakfast food selection is the same for \

Great value for money and friendly staff

Pros: I enjoyed the location due to its proximity to Taksim Square. Also, big thumbs up to the personnel - they were all very friendly and efficient. My room's view was also amazing as it had a small balcony facing the Bosporus Strait. Great value for money.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the WiFi as the internet connection was slow at times.

Pros: I stayed at Grand Star Hotel from June 15–20 and had a great experience. The hotel has the best location near Taksim, with a beautiful sea view from my room. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly. As a nice gesture, they gave me a tarte as a goodbye gift. I really enjoyed my stay!
