Absolutely amazing

Pros: Absolutely great place to stay. I have never felt more welcoming atmosphere from literally anyone working there. Amazing breakfast, cosy interior, beautiful rooms, cleanliness,… I will probably miss out on some good stuff because there are so many. I must add that hotel stuff who became my family (special mention for my brother Şefik) are amazing people. They are always smiling and willing to help out with anything. My highest recommendation for this hotel.

Pros: The hotel staff is amazing, very friendly and kind. They made our trip so much easier and were always ready to help. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out in the hotel so we could continue exploring the city. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options. Water and Turkish tea were always available for guests. Many thanks to the whole team for hosting us, and wishing you continued success.

Pros: Very beautiful place 5’ from Taksim square and metro. The staff were great, very kind and helpful with whatever we need. The only problem for me was the cats that there are inside the place and that because I’m allergic. If I knew it, I would avoid it. Otherwise everything was really good!! Really nice place!

Comfy place in Istanbul.

Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located, just next to Taksim square. Easy to access by metro or by the bus from the airport. Very warm and friendly welcome from the manager. Rich and delicious breakfast with variety of food. Coffee and tea are available any time. Modern and fresh interior decoration, clean rooms. Strong wi-fi. An electric kettle, cups, glasses, a refrigerator, a safe are available in the room.

Pros: The staff are very courteous and hospitable. The place is always clean. Our room is spacious and clean. There is always a variety of options for our turkish breakfast daily

Pros: First of all great location and such great hospitality by the people who manage this place . I can say I felt home away from Home as me and my son got sick and they did all out do way to help us .

Cons: Just that Sofitel hotel night club music at night can be a bit irritating .
