Good hotel in centre of Taksim

Pros: We came to Istanbul for a couple of days and chose this hotel for its great value for money. Our goal was simply to have a comfortable place to crash overnight. Upon arrival, the staff kindly checked us in an hour earlier than expected and even upgraded our room, which made our short stay feel extra special right from the start. The elevators were in perfect working order this time—no issues at all, with several functioning smoothly (they must have been recently repaired). The staff was incredibly polite, understanding, and responsive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome—this truly stood out as the hotel's biggest strength and left a lasting positive impression. Our room was spotless and cozy, with the air conditioning working flawlessly to keep it comfortable during our stay. Waking up to the Istanbul vibes from such a well-maintained space made the brief trip memorable.

Cons: After reading other reviews, I agree with the following points: 1. Sockets. Not always a socket in the room works, but since there are many sockets in the room, it didn't cause any particular problems. 2. Sound insulation. Overall, the neighboring room can be heard, but it's not critical. If there are rowdy neighbors... then hold on, everything will be heard. 3. As for breakfasts, I'll say that I went down once. The views are gorgeous. The breakfast itself is below average. It's edible. Better go to the nearby restaurant, they have a set breakfast for 500 liras, but you'll be full and delighted with the food.
